Delivery Information

Delivery Days

Home delivery is available from Tuesday to Sunday, inclusive of public holidays. Deliveries are not available on Mondays outside of the Christmas & Chinese New Year festive periods. 

Delivery Times

Upon checking out, customers have the option of selecting the preferred time from the below delivery brackets on their preferred date of delivery:

  • 9am -12noon
  • 12noon - 3pm or
  • 3pm - 6pm
Please note some delivery brackets are more popular than others & tend to fill up faster. If your prefered delivery time bracket shows as unavailable it is because the allotted number of deliveries for that bracket has been reached & deliveries for that time bracket are closed.
 

Delivery Charges 

Orders exceeding $100 total qualify for free delivery & will incur no delivery charges. For all orders under $100 a fixed delivery fee of $10 is applied.

Delivery Area

Home Delivery is available across Singapore only, inclusive of Sentosa, regardless of postcode or district. Oh Deli cannot currently deliver to Johor Bahru but can assist with order deliveries of selected meat items within Malaysia

Acceptance of Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to accept the order during the specified delivery time, as due to the perishable nature of our product we are unable to leave the product. In the instance that no one is available to accept the order & delivery is missed, a re-delivery fee of $10.00 may be charged. Please note that for orders to office buildings in the CBD, additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery location is difficult to access. Parking availability should be discussed with Oh Deli prior to avoid additional costs.

If your order contains alcoholic beverages, the person receiving your delivery must have identification proving they are over the age of 18 and will be asked for their signature. If no one over the age of 18 can sign for delivery, the driver will remove alcoholic beverages from the order.

Placing Orders

Orders can be placed either in store, by email at sales@ohdeli.com.sg, by phoning us at 64404409 or by using our online shopping facility, located within this website.

Placing Orders Online

Orders can be placed online by using our online shopping facility, located by navigating to our Home Page then clicking Shop Now in the menu bar. Customers can then fill their cart by choosing items from our extensive range of available goods, then can arrange payment & delivery / self collection details by proceeding to checkout. Please ensure you provide all your contact details (i.e condo name, number, floor & unit number) & contact phone numbers at point of checkout

Online Cut Off Times

Placement of orders before 6PM are available for delivery the next working day. Any order placed after 6PM  will not be eligible for next day delivery in either of the 9AM - 12NOON or 12NOON - 3PM delivery brackets. You may be able to receive next day delivery in the 3PM - 6PM by placing order up until 12midnight the day prior, however this is subject to availablility. Customers will be presented with the available time / dates for their order delivery upon checking out. Orders can be placed as far in advance as customer desires. 

Self Collect Option

Upon checking out online, customers will be presented with the option of self collecting their chosen goods. This self collect option is available for our East Coast Road outlet only. Our policy of cutting & packing meats & fresh goods to order means we will only begin preparing your order 1-2 hours prior to collection. This means an earlier than scheduled collection for your goods is not availale unless arranged prior. 

Self Collect - Same Day

If your intention is to order online for a same day collection you will find upon navigating to the collection time scheduling page that we do not offer up time slots for same day collections. This is due to computer software limitations. Should you wish to order online & self collect on the same day this is possible by following the below steps

*Select items & fill cart before proceeding to checkout

*Navigate through the checkout process untill you reach the delivery information page, then select the next available bracket, even if it is for the next day.

*Proceed through to checkout untill you get to the comments box. Inside the comments box write a simple message such as "requiring collection today 3pm"for example.

*Complete checkout procedure and order confirmation

*Follow up with a phone call to 64404409 to ensure we've recieved the order & comments so we can ensure the orders is  available to you in time

Returns & Replacements

Oh Deli will use its best efforts to ensure that orders are filled correctly. Any discrepancies shall be dealt with in the following manner:

(i) if any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the product proves to be out of date, or if a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, Oh Deli shall either refund the value of that product, or replace the product.

(ii) if any product which was not included in the customer's order is delivered to the customer by mistake, Oh Deli reserves the right to collect the wrongfully delivered product.

(iii) customers must inform Oh Deli via either sales@ohdeli.com.sg or 64404409 between the hours of 9am - 6pm within 24 hours in the case of wrongfully delivered product, product delivered in damaged condition, out of date product, or incorrectly invoiced item 

Payments, Pricing & Promotions

Payments

All online payments can be made using credit card via our secured Paypal payment gateway, located by navigating through the checkout phases or by cheque or cash.

All cheques can be made payable to Oh Deli Pte Ltd. If selecting payment using Cash On Delivery option please ensure correct cash amount is made available as our drivers do not carry change. In instance of self collect customers will be given the choice of either paying online or settling in store by either cash or cheque upon collection of chosen goods.

Pricing

Oh Deli makes every effort to ensure the details, prices and quantities of products detailed by Oh Deli Online are correct but Oh Deli reserves the right to vary the price and other details of our online offerings at any stage without notice.

Although Oh Deli takes care in stating product prices, there may be instances where human errors will lead to cost misrepresentations, whereas in such cases, Oh Deli reserves the right to charge the correct price. 

Discrepancies between the on-line invoice/order total and the final invoice may be due to out-of-stock products, substitutions, promotional offers, price updates and/or weighted items. Oh Deli reserves the right to adjust the final invoice after the on-line invoice has been conveyed to the customer and such adjustments will be displayed on the final invoice accompanying the delivery. In such cases notification will be made to explain situation via telephone prior to shipping.

All prices shown on our online store are GST inclusive.

Promotions

Oh Deli will, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, have items for sale that are at special, promotional, reduced to clear or bulk buy prices. Oh Deli reserves the right to change, alter or amend these items or prices at any stage without prior notice. Certain occasions will arise when our special, promotional, reduced to clear or bulk buy special prices may be valid and available online but not in our East Coast Road outlet, & vice versa.
