We bring in Fresh Whole Scottish Salmon every month. Our Gourmets Choice Salmon come from fresh, fast-flowing waters and are fed on a natural diet that reflects their choice in the wild, resulting in a better texture and taste. We work with quality suppliers, whom are monitored by the RSPCA and who hold Freedom Foods accreditation for care of their salmon where no artificial chemicals or preservatives are used in any way.

We also bring in Fresh Cod, Hake, Halibut, Sole and Monkfish, then freeze them within 2 days of arriving in Singapore.

    Thule Ventus Salt-cured Cod are the highest quality hand-crafted artisan produce. Use only the finest cod and cured traditionally for 8 week in Shetland. 

    Tips to cook : Soak for 24 hours (or as guided by recipe) to re-constitute, changing the water once during the soaking process. Slowly boil for about 25 minutes in the second soak, then change the water half way through the boil. Slow food, at its very best!
