    You may not have seen or heard much about Cara Cara Navel oranges, that’s because they are a relatively new variety. They are a mid-season navel variety with a difference. Cara Cara’s appear much like other navels from the exterior, with bright orange skin of medium thickness, a very round shaped fruit and have the characteristic navel end. The big difference to normal navel varieties is that the Cara Cara’s internal flesh is pink!
