    From Italy, comes Agro di Mosto natural balsalmic vinegar made with organic cooked grape-must from local varieties, acetified in oak barrels.

    “Agro” can translate as “from the earth” but also as “sour”. With this in mind we cook our grape-must according to the traditional method. Slowly fermented and then acetified in large barrels. The natural oxidation is a process with many uncontrollable variables. However, passion and attention to detail can bring unique results. What we look for is a real “vinegar from cooked grape-must”. It’s bottled when is very young, to keep the fruity perfumes and the delicate acidity.

    An Ideal combination with fresh green salads, as an ingredient for sauces, to marinate meat or fish, even better on grilled meat.
