Arnoldi Burrata in Foglia 300g
Carefully crafted using the milk of the water buffalo, by skilled Italian cheese makers, this burrata is a gorgeous contradiction: feather-light yet unmistakably rich, delicate and assertively full flavoured, slightly sour, lightly gamy, buttery, grassy and tangy all at once.
Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese, made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella while the inside contains both mozzarella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. Best served up at room temperature, either drizzled with honey or eaten with a salad, prosciutto, crusty bread, fresh tomatoes with olive oil, and cracked black pepper.
These fresh Italian Burratas come in once every month, and with limited quantity (short shelf life!). Buy them before they are gone again!
