Colour: clear pale straw

Aroma: moderate aroma of cut grass, lemon butter, passionfruit, fig, gooseberry and jasmine with notes of pastry and almond meal.

Palate:  dry, creamy and textural rather than crisp and acidic as is often seen with this varietal combination. The flavours are in a riper spectrum and consist of citrus, quince paste, rockmelon and ripe pear. The flavour is long with a soft acidity that makes for a very particular style.
