Ham Jamon Iberico de Bellota (100g +/-)
Thinly sliced, air dried & cured Spanish Jamón Ibérico de Bellota ham. Made from black Iberian pigs that are allowed to roam in pasture and oak groves to feed naturally on grass, herbs, acorns, and roots. The hams from the slaughtered pigs are salted and left to begin drying for four weeks, after which the curing process for these jamones ibéricos is up to 48 months.
