Phillippa's Jam 250g Single Estate Raspberry
To make this special jam, we tracked down a superior dark red raspberry. Lovingly grown in the Dandenong Ranges, outside Melbourne, and harvested when ripe and full of natural sugars, it makes a balanced, flavoursome preserve.
Try it with scones, crumpets or toast, or stirred through lightly whipped cream and sandwiched between Phillippa’s Butter Shortbread.
