Returns & Replacements
Oh Deli will use its best efforts to ensure that orders are filled correctly. Any discrepancies shall be dealt with in the following manner:
(i) if any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the product proves to be out of date, or if a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, Oh Deli shall either refund the value of that product, or replace the product.
(ii) if any product which was not included in the customer's order is delivered to the customer by mistake, Oh Deli reserves the right to collect the wrongfully delivered product.
(iii) customers must inform Oh Deli via either sales@ohdeli.com.sg or 64404409 between the hours of 9am - 6pm within 24 hours in the case of wrongfully delivered product, product delivered in damaged condition, out of date product, or incorrectly invoiced item
